New Online Course: Ballet Barre in Your Own Home
One of the most common reasons not to exercise is lack of time.
I don’t have time to go to a gym.
I can’t spend enough time working out for it to be worthwhile.
Between work and my family, I’m just too tired to add another thing into my day.
I don’t like exercise, it’s not fun.
We’ve all felt these things at one time or another. Being a busy mum and business-owner, I know the feeling!
After struggling with these barriers to exercise myself, I decided to create a workout routine you can do from home (or at work on your break, or on holiday!) and enjoy!
In my 14-day ballet-barre course, we will work together to build up your strength and confidence with videos, articles and a supportive community. Each day will take no more than 30 min, from the comfort of your own home, wearing whatever you’re comfortable in!
I know what you’re thinking - I’m not a dancer. Me either! I’m a trainer with over 30 years experience who loves to dance. So I’ve applied my knowledge of the body and how it works to create and healthier more achievable workout, that’s a bit of fun too.
We will take our time working through warm-ups, the right movements and small changes you can make to make a bigger difference in your workout. You reach the full workout at day 10 so that after wards you can repeat the last few days and build your own workout.
If you’re short on time, simply take one of the earlier days to warm yourself up and get back on track.
The journey doesn’t end after day 14. Your access to the course content is forever, so I would recommend trying to do the full work out a few times a week, building your core strength.
