Sarah is a wonderful trainer. She has helped me to recover from a very serious and debilitating illness both physically and mentally. Without her I could not have achieved what I have in the past six years. She has been caring and supportive as well as tough and keeping me on the straight and narrow. She is so patient I could not recommend her more highly both as a trainer and as a caring person.

I have always been interested in fitness but had struggled with motivation and persistent back problems. I found Sarah to be a great motivator, setting programs for me when I was training on my own and pushing me beyond my limits when we were together. Sarah took into account my back problems and devised a fitness plan which allowed me to train without injury and produce great results.
Sarah has a very realistic approach to training and she intuitively knows how hard to push you in any given session. She has a great sense of humour and is an excellent motivator. She has never expected me to be a saint and has lots of good tips on hangovers and cravings for chocolate! I gained 4 stones when I was pregnant with my second baby, as I’m a TV presenter it was particularly important that I get back in shape after the birth. I saw Sarah twice per week and our sessions combined power walking, toning and eventually running and even more toning. It took about 12 weeks for me to be in shape for a swimsuit photo shoot for OK! magazine. There is no way I could have done it without Sarah!
